Refund policy

Returns are accepted within the first 14 days. All items must be in their original box, with no damage or missing pieces. Customer is responsible for shipping costs or may drop off at 5005 Larkin during business hours. No restocking fee for returns. 

Custom Collection Items are non-returnable. This includes all of the Regina Gust Designs garlands, swags, trees and wreaths. If the product is defective, exceptions will be made.
